All sides with high quality reproductions of the author's acrylic and ink on paper creations, and overlayed with his text. Plus a cover fascicle which includes title, author and publication information in the first leaf, introduction and order of the poems on the second and third leaf and colophon on the final leaf. This work exists in three states from a total edition of 80 copies: Granary Books published 20 signed and numbered copies with the cover leaf consisting of a different original painting for each fascicle priced at $2,250. James and Mary Laurie Booksellers are selling 20 copies of the regular edition signed by the author on the second leaf of the cover fascicle priced at $225, and a third unsigned copy is available for $75 from Granary Books, Unarmed Journal, James and Mary Laurie, Booksellers or Jeff Maser, Bookseller. Each individual production is housed in a white folded box with printed labels on the cover and spine. Guy Beining's poems stand free or are embedded in his gestures of color and collage. The poems have appeared steadily since 1965 within the ephemeral world of the literary "little magazines" and have been gathered every few years into books and anthologies by national and international small presses.
