A water stain, 1/2 inch wide and 4 inches long, with some transfer of red from a different book, is at the spine. The stain is on the outside of the wrapper only, not affecting the text. Otherwise crisp. A signed and dated inscription on the front free endpaper from the author to Ronald Crane, then Chairman of the Department of English at the University of Chicago. 20pp. Near fine.
