Professionally rebound in black cloth lettered in gilt on the spine, 501, 42 pp., frontispiece portrait. The author settled in Cincinnati in 1796, helped shape the Ohio legal code, was Ohio Supreme Court Judge, and nominated W.H. Harrison for Presidency in 1839.
